Back in 1998, three friends had the idea of restoring the most important building in Nerezine to its former glory.

The 3 premises:

I. Creating year-round jobs: Even today, when the tourists have gone, many villagers still have to leave their families in winter and go to the mainland or even abroad to earn a living.

II. generate quiet tourism, even out of season: Many of our guests who spent their first vacation with us in the summer are now regular guests in the early and late season.
We were able to convince them to come in the quieter months and experience the benefits of the other seasons.
We always offer hiking and creative group tours.
Our investors, acquaintances and especially our friends are also mainly our hotel guests in the early and low seasons to keep the hotel lively all year round.
And we thank you for that.

III. make the building available to the village again: Since the building was completed in 1908, it has had several different functions for the village.
It was the harbor office, the administrative building of Nerezine and at times, this building was also the school for the children of the village.
Although it has lost all these functions, it has retained one of them: A place for Nerezine’s celebrations and events.
Weddings, birthdays, book presentations and much more were and still are celebrated here.
